On a hot, summers day when you are in Brighton, what do you do? The answer is simple, head to a beach. However, if swimming in sewage is not your idea of fun, there is the quiet Shoreham beach. With no swimming equipment, it was only McCarthy, Doug Lane and Robert Jones who dared to go in in their underwear, as Peter Chapman and Bert Lloyd admired their physiques from the safety of the shore |
