opening game of pre-season is traditionally
played against Worthing at Woodside Road, and
following Brightons relegation, it would be the
first chance to watch the team since the disappointing
5-1 defeat against Stoke City at the end of last
season. With a number of trialists and young
players involved, it would be interesting to see
how the team got on, with Mr McGhee remaining as
manager despite building pressure |
