Bordeaux 2008
Monday 14th & Tuesday 15th July 2008
| Monday was
again a day of relative rest, with the majority of it spent playing
beach volleyball in the Collin family pool. Despite Andy Collin acting
like a complete nonce in his attempts to get into the pool, claiming it
was too cold, he prevailed at the game, teaming with Dan Collin to win
one game and McCarthy to win the other. After this epic battle was over,
we headed to a French fair, which was generally disappointing
Tuesday saw us depart the Collin household after a wonderful week of adventure and cultural enlightment. We were treated to superb hospitality, superb beer, even superber food, a superb night out, superb entertainment and a superb week. I look forward to returning to Bordeaux in the future, as everything was superb. Except for seeing Dan Collin, which was naturally a disapointment |
