SCOTTS SECRET DIARY

Bridget Jones did it, Samuel Peeps did it, Adrian Mole did it - now Scott McCarthy does it. A diary is a great way of sharing thoughts, feelings and actions from a persons life. And straight out of McCarthy Towers comes this diary. Experience the highs, lows, the laughs, the tears, everything that happens - right here!

MARCH 2005

Wednesday 02/03/05

Ah yes, I have returned to you people, as I know how desolate and utterly pointless your lives are without me.

Anyway, some of you may remember my last morbid entry. It was a week when a terrible thing struck McCarthy Towers, like a piece of cucumber being poked in your eye. However, things are now back as they were at the Towers, and life returns to normal. There are many people I would like to thank for their support during the last 2 weeks, with too many to name specifically. But all those who sent well wishes are greatly appreciated - so thank you one and all!

Anyway, as I said, business must return to normal. On Friday, I gave a young fan by the name of Sara the thrill of her life, by attending her birthday meal, along with Carina. It was a fine evenings entertainment, and another example of McCarthy's work in the community.

The main issue recently has been McCarthy TV - and I am pleased to say after many lengthy delays she is finally ready. Today's filming was particularly fun, as the original 3 BHU boys - myself, Mr Bert Lloyd and Mr Peter Chapman, headed up the Downs for some fun in the snow. Although my sled was broken, the baking tray proved to be a more than capable replacement. It was one of the most fun events that your Favourite Minor Celebrity has endured in a long while!

And that is where I leave you. In the next entry, I will bring details of the greatest thrill of McCarthy's life so far!

QUOTE OF THE DAY: Myself and Bert caught the 7.40am train this morning at 8.30am, as snow meant it was delayed. When we told Ashley Wells this fine news on our arrival at HHC, he responded with: "Where was the train going?"
