JOLLY BOYS OUTING 4 - THE FINAL INSULT

Possibly the last ever outing. Scott, Phil and Chris are re-united, and are joined by Lewis Trower and Neil Gingell, as the boys enjoy a trip to see 'Time and the Conways' at the Theatre Royal, Brighton. Is this the last time the boys will be together??

Mr Scott McCarthy. Original Jolly Boy, Chairman Mac Industries

Mr Chris Traylen, Original Jolly Boy, Mr Phil Durrant, Original Jolly Boy Mr Lewis Trower, Guitarist Blue Mayhem Mr Neil Gingell, Chairman, N31L Presents
The Evening starts with by meeting in KFC, and Lewis and Phil decided to purchase a Family Feast between both of them. Good work lads! Scott and Neil sit back and look forward to the night ahead!
While Chris also anticipates what is in store on this cold and blustery evening We arrive at school, and already there is the legendary man, Geoff Purvis
Neil however starts the evening in a bad mood, as him and Phil grapple with the coffee machine. Unfortunately, Phil managed to get sugar into Neil's tea, which he wasn't best pleased about! The attire for the evening. Lewis in long leather jacket, waistcoat and cowboy hat, Chris in red jacket and white silk gloves, and Scott in beret, scarf, bow tie, blazer and overcoat, complete with a cane
The weather was getting a bit blustery, as the Jolly Boys pose out in the blizzard of snow that was sweeping Burgess Hill The playground was soon covered, and it allowed for a number of interesting messages to appear, including the one above, 'Taylor's bald' and an extremely large 'Sh!t'
It's only the best on the train, as a first class compartment is entered by Scott, Neil and Phil As they enjoy the journey to Brighton, complete with a browse through the Home and Property newspaper
The journey runs as smooth as a kitchen worktop, and Scott and Phil enjoy the opportunity to walk up and down the train and socialise with fellow businessmen, returning from a hard day in London Once in Brighton, Phil and Neil take the opportunity to pop into a phone box, and see what they can find
And Phil comes out of it a very happy man! The Jolly Boys enjoy a pause outside an aptly named pub
And while taking the photo, became separated from the group, which meant a frantic search round Brighton for them, which eventually led to us turning up 5 minutes after everyone else in the theartre An empty street, what an opportunity for some shots from classic Western films!
The showdown of the century, its Trower v Traylen! However, we got inside the theatre safely!
The journey had tired Lewis out So Scott took the opportunity to 'let one off' in Lewis' face
And who should meet us at the theatre, but the one and only Mr Fenton Vince! The poster displaying the show we had come to see

Scott ponders: "Is this chandelier expensive. What would happen if I gave it a thorough poke with my cane?" And there's the RUNNER UP (hahaha!) in the Beastly Baz legend poll, but who's hand is that?
The party sit down in anticipation of the show And Lewis points down towards the stage, which infact moved during the performance, which prompted Chris to say "Ooooh, turning" in the Frank Spencer voice only he can do!
Phil, Neil and Chris look forward to the show, that is shortly about to start! Scott and Lewis wait in anticipation of the show starting! In the next hour, Lewis would spit a smartie onto the bloke in front, someone's phone would go off, and to put the icing on the cake, a man would go onto fall off his chair, which was followed by 10 minutes solid, almost silent, laughing, which the audience around didn't seem to appreciate
Chris and Lewis enjoy the opportunity to relax in the interval. Quote of the day goes to the cricket king Ian Simpson, who when asked what he thought of the play, responded: "It's quite stationery". Brilliant stuff! After the end of the play, we made our way back to the station. We discovered this street which was infact a dead end......
......which lasted for all of about 20 meters This sign was quite amusing. On seeing it, Scott posed the question: "If you can't turn right, and you can't left, where the bloody hell are you supposed go?"
This was another amusing sign, as some young hoodlum had changed the no parking sign to say no barking. Brilliant stuff! We once again enjoyed the luxuries of first class on the way home
Phil took a major risk, sticking his head out of the window of the train, but on closer inspection...... It was revealed it was infact being jammed out by another passenger! Look at the hand on his cheek
After that, Phil needed a good drink to calm his nerves And Scott decided to join him!
And that's about it. Possibly the greatest ever outing? It ranks with the best, and the Jolly Boys seemed to enjoy it! Is that the end of the line...........you'll have to wait and see!
