ALL YOU CAN EAT PIZZA HUT CHALLENGE - RULES

Every competition needs a set of rules and guidelines in order to keep the competitors in line. Without them, order would be lost, and anarchy would take over. Here are the rules by which all competitors in the Pizza Hut challenge must abide

1) Each competitor must have the money to pay for their own entry. Loans may only be provided by Robert Jones, and these are given out on his terms and conditions. Whether they are paid back or not is not the business of the pizza hut challenge corporation

2) Each competition is to be overseen by the official adjudicator. The person performing this rule may take part in the event, and it is therefore wise to select someone of an impartial nature, in the Bert Lloyd mould

3) No competition may take place without a writing implement and paper. This ensures that pizza slices can be recorded accurately, and allows for no discrepancies later in the competition

4) A slice is not counted until it has been fully eaten and is no longer visible in the chewing stages. Any topping that is left on the plate must also be eaten to allow that slice to count on a persons total. It is the duty of the adjudicator to decide whether topping that falls onto the floor must be eaten in order for a slice to count

5) Each competitor is allowed a maximum of two toilet breaks in the competition, each lasting 3 minutes. If a break lasts over 3 minutes, a one slice deduction is implemented. For every toilet break a competitor takes outside of the allotted two, another slice deduction takes place.

6) Tactical vomiting of pizza carries a 6 slice penalty

7) The following offences carry a one strike. After three strikes are received in a competition, the competitor is removed from the event, their slices become void, and they are forced to serve a one game ban, ruling them out of competing in the next contest

  • *Ungentlemanly conduct: Deliberate tactics of conversation or actions designed to make a fellow competitor feel sick
  • *Molestation: Groping of a fellow competitor, or poking of the stomach
  • *Violent conduct: Stabbing another competitor in the arm with cutlery
  • *Foul play: Consistent foul play in attempting to get a fellow competitor striked

Strikes will be issued by the official adjudicator, and cannot be removed once given

The following rules are classified as Dyke Road rules, and are only used on the Dyke Road site. These are in addition to the above rules:

8) Once a competitor has take their first bite of a slice, they have 5 minutes to complete the slice. If not, it becomes voided

9) Once a plate becomes devoid of pizza, a competitor has one minute to leave his seat and collect another set of slices. If he fails to comply with this rule, the adjudicator will take it that he has finished, and there
